Marina Papantoni ( Omixli-Sti Limni) was born in Athens, Greece. She is married, having four children. She has a real love story with her camera. When she was a child, she liked too much to take photos for surrounding nature & persons. About four years ago, she received a birthday gift, from her husband, which was a digital camera. Since that moment, she & her camera became one creature.

Marina describes herself as an ” amateur photographer”. We do not agree with you Marina. You are a professional one. When we had a look at your wonderful photos, we felt your passion of light which emerges from lenses of your camera. Marina has an artistic sense that helps her in catching magical moments. Not only this, she also paints her effects on the photos creating different sensual media reflected on any person enjoying her views.

Thousands of people have digital cameras, but who is the one keeping the camera with her/him all the time? Thousands are taking photos, but who can capture the flying smoke? Marina Papantoni, you are a unique photographer.
